It is quick and easy to update your account information. Simply log in at My Account and proceed to 'Account Information'. Please note that we do not store your credit/debit card information in your personal profile.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our email mailing list, you can always do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the Zofar email sent you. If you are a registered user with Zofar.in, you can also log into My Account, and unsubscribe (currently not available) from the Newsletter Subscriptions page. In both cases, you will be removed from our mailing list.

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 24 hours to initiate refund. Post refund initiation, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Post return is raised, it takes 2 business days for product pickup. Post pickup, 24 hours to initiate the refund, and then 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account.

For COD orders, refund against return will be given in Bank A/C

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at [email protected] within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
